The Aprilia RS660 continues to win in the BSB at Donington Park

SECOND CONSECUTIVE DOUBLE VICTORY FOR EDOARDO COLOMBI IN THE SPORTBIKE CLASS

Edoardo Colombi continues to make history in the British Superbike Championship. At Donington Park, the reigning Champion of the Aprilia RS660 Trophy, completed a perfect weekend in the Pirelli National Sportbike class, taking the pole position and a double victory in both races.

After his historic success on his debut at Oulton Park, Edoardo Colombi returned to dominate on the Sportbike class, winning both races by a considerable margin. A showdown for the Italian rider, who crossed the line 9 seconds ahead in Race 1 and 6 seconds ahead in Race 2, leaving behind the experienced riders of the British championship.
This result once again confirms the excellent form of the Italian Colombi-Aprilia RS660 duo and shows that the Aprilia Trophies are an excellent development path for young riders.

In Race 1, I made a strong start and once I took the lead, I maintained it until the chequered flag.
